RENTAL POLICIES & FAQs
To ensure proper fit and sizing, reservations can only be done in person at our rentals department. We recommend coming a week before the date of the reservation to get properly fitted and inspect the rental equipment for suitability. Full payment of the rental by credit card is made when the reservation is placed.
CANCELLATION/CHANGES FOR RESERVATIONS: Simple, there are no cancellations and or changes to reserved equipment or dates reserved. NO REFUNDS will be offered when a reservation is cancelled or postponed. This is because once equipment is allocated for the reservation, that equipment is no longer available to be rented out to anybody else during that time period. Instead you will be offered a RENTAL CREDIT with a one year expiry date.
PICKUP and RETURNS
For SKI RENTALS, equipment can be picked up after 2PM the day before the rental period begins and dropped off before 2pm the day after the rental period. For example for 2 day a rental over the weekend, the equipment can be picked up after 2PM Friday and dropped off before 2PM Monday.
All rentals require a deposit which can be made by a credit card pre-authorization (no money is taken – only a pre-authorization which allows a charge should the gear becomes damaged or lost). Deposits can also be made with a debit card in which the deposit amount is charged and subsequently refunded when the gear is returned on time and in satisfactory condition.
