These nifty boots feature Rossignol’s all new Step-In Technology, which incorporates an articulated reclining highback to make the whole getting in and out process a breeze. When you need to get in, the cuff and liner recline to create a larger opening for your foot to negotiate. Once you’re in, the Double Buckle is flipped into riding position and the mechanism is secured by a burly Steel Spine. With GripWalk Soles, a forgiving 80 flex, and a medium width last suited to average volume feet, you can count on happy feet all day long.

Mounted GRIPWALK® soles feature a thick rubber tread and convex toe profile, offering increased traction and more natural foot roll for enhanced hiking and walking comfort. Integrated stiff pads guarantee optimized power transmission and full Alpine release function.

Step In Technology Vizion

A brand new boot construction made of an overlap structure, wide open in the back with a spoiler which recreates a last of a high performance boot, to ensure a high level of performance. The unlock mechanism is attached to a strong steel blade, to provide a strong support and rebound of the boot for more control and precision. The double buckle allows to unlock the cuff to open it widely and to ease entry and exit. To complete the technology, the liner with elastic zone on the instep and and the heel follows naturally the cuff. Step In technology is the secret of performance without any struggle.
